His play is based in his Motion sight hability (he can see the moves of the target in detail). To work on this style, Saeki took kendo to be able to predict the opponents direction in few seconds.
Because of his analytical ability, Saeki dictates the play for Itsuki during the key points,
planning the way to seal Fuji's Tsubame Gaeshi.
